Hello! I got married in Florida, wanted to change my last name right away. But in Florida, unfortunately, they don’t do name change in marriage bureau and marriage certificate has my maiden last name, so the only way to change the name is through social security administration. But social security denied name change because I don’t have valid work authorization. May my husband still put my married last name in all the forms for adjustment of status (I-130, I-485 and etc) since we married and I will change it anyways as soon as I got work authorization card or should he use my maiden name?
